- 1 c. unsweetened almond milk
- ½ c. water
- 4-6 ice cubes
- 1 c. baby spinach
- 1 frozen small banana
- 1 T. natural peanut butter, no added salt
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!

0 mg cholesterol, 190 mg sodium, 27 g carbohydrates, 4 g fiber, 13 g sugar,
6 g protein.
