Sweet Potato Toppers

Sweet potatoes, and many varieties of squash, have a rich, creamy texture after cooking and pair nicely with a variety of spices. When seasoned, sliced, and placed atop a crunchy cracker, they’re a deliciously unexpected taste treat. Pair them with rosemary and thyme, or use any combination of dry spices you like. For an extra kick, try adding a few feta crumbles.

Prep time: 10 min. Cook time: 20-25 min. Servings: 6 topped Triscuits® Original crackers*



  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Peel sweet potato and cut into ¼-inch rounds.
  3. Lightly mist baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray.
  4. Place rounds on sheet and lightly spray tops before sprinkling dry spices on them.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Flip rounds and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

  9. Top with feta crumbles, if desired.
