A member of TOPS Club, Inc. Field Staff may contact you, based on the contact information you provide, to assist you in becoming a member in TOPS Club, Inc. or to assist you in identifying a TOPS chapter near you. Member registration information is also used to maintain TOPS membership records, for membership password security and Internet security, to contact members regarding membership renewals and membership services, and to provide the benefits of TOPS membership. TOPS Club, Inc. does not sell, trade or give away contact information to third parties.

We partner with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services.
